ByDima is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing tailored advice and creating an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

● Welcome customers and provide them with personal and expert advice on fashion and style.

● Assist in choosing the right size and fit, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.

● Maintain store presentation, ensuring all clothing items are displayed in an attractive manner.

● Support daily store activities, such as restocking and managing the cash register.

● Answer customer inquiries and provide excellent service, both in-store and over the phone.

Requirements:

● Experience in retail, preferably in the fashion industry.

● Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude.

● Passion for fashion and a good sense of style and trends.

● Ability to provide tailored advice and help customers find their ideal outfit.

● Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, with sometimes varying work hours.
